Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed;
  • Include original tags and packaging;
  • Be in the same condition in which they were received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items;
  • Gift cards;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • The item(s) you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
